PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION:

To perform assigned tasks and functions in accordance with organizational instructions, established safety procedures and ISO standards. Demonstrates an understanding of the products and services throughout the production process to ensure the final product quality meets the customer’s specification.

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

Has the below accountabilities and assigns, instructs and directs other team members on how to perform the same:

1. Set up and operate all equipment according to company procedures, standards and work instructions.

2. Follow all processing, measuring, packaging and shipping procedures as directed.

3. Comply with all safety rules and regulations;

4. Perform basic maintenance on equipment as directed;

5. Complete all computer work and paperwork neatly and correctly as directed;

6. Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion;

7. Comply with all company labor policies;

8. Actively participate in company betterment activities;

9. Take advantage of opportunities to develop self;

10. Perform any other duties as assigned or required;

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY:

• Displays a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow
• Successfully completed all company training as required
• G.E.D or H.S. Diploma
