Tom Shorma was interviewed for an article about diversity in the workforce for Boardmember.com. What makes our company unique is we do not have a specific diversity strategy, but have hired a diverse workforce that includes new Americans and women. In fact, half of the workforce is female and two-thirds of supervisors on the manufacturing floor are women.
