In their annual food drive, WCCO Belting asked employees who were able to contribute cans of peanut butter and boxes of macaroni and cheese to be donated to the Richland-Wilkin Food Pantry. WCCO Belting then matched the employee donations.
All together, the company collected 170 boxes of mac n’ cheese, 118 jars of peanut butter, and a few miscellaneous pantry items. In total, they donated 248 pounds of food to support the food pantry.
The food drive is coordinated through the company's Wellness Pillars which includes six categories that are each championed by a leadership team member: community, career, financial, spiritual, safety, and physical.
