Tom Shorma, CEO/President of WCCO Belting, attended two events recently to provide his insight into the state of the local economy including workforce shortage issues and trade with government officials and politicians.

Tom Shorma spoke with Chief Executive Magazine about trade and tariffs and the importance of transparency in communicating with customers about tariff increases.
